Management has actually changed in recent years and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A new cleaning company has also ensured immaculate public areas. Recent renovations to the elevators and the roof deck have also really jazzed up the building. Right next to the metro and downtown locations, safe and secure, and parking on premises. Also, easy for driving commuters--right off Rock Creek Parkway, 66, etc. You can get out of the city quickly without hitting traffic.

I agree. The place is absolutely improving but has already become really great. And, it's true about the access to everything. Easy walks to all the hot spots from Georgetown, Dupont, The World Bank, The Kennedy Center, and even the monuments.
