I have been a tenant in Brookland Park Apartments for quite some time. The management has changed over the years and it's very noticeable. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move there because the management is poor, the upkeep is poor, the neighborhood is drug infested. Also, there's constant noise and drug trafficking in all of the buildings. I'm in the process of trying to move out of the neighborhood as soon as I find a better apartment or house.
