The New hairy chest Manager Theresa and bearded Detria are extremely unprofessional. If you have any complaints, don't waste your time or breathe calling them. Nothing will happen. The rodents are bad, and all maintenance will do is lay some sticky traps on your dining room table so you can set it up yourself. The most they will do is tell you that your on the list. I don't know what list their talking about, I just know I've been on it for years and still no results. The rental office is approving all their family members and section 8 friends and giving them jobs there too. Brookland Park is now looking Extra HOOD. The rental office tell other tenants peoples personal business. No privacy at all. They come and leave the office whenever they please. People who don't even live there have there abandon cars park in the lot. The rental office is unorganized. They cannot find money orders but still file paper for court. They raised your rent for these cracker jack boxes and charge all these late and cost fee that don't even exist. The laundry room is pissy and full of pipe heads. This is a Fair WARNING, please don t move here.
