ive been livin in brookland park for six months i wish i never moved there the rats are bigger than baby kittens you cant even sit on ur front without a rat running ova ur feet my friend live around there her apt flooded and the didnt pay for nothing and the property manger has her husband working there on property with her shes very ghetto and detria is a follower somebody shut this ---- down

All I can say is 30 day notice pack your bags and move or maybe you just can't afford anything else the only income you probally have is public assistance and as your friend has she ever heard of renter's insurance?

To the response above me your ass is clearly working in the rental office and you clearly cant find a better place to work bitc&. Its sad that lame as$ management has the nerve to sell a nasty place to people and then don't have the decency to clean it up.. You damn hoodrat, you probably stay in the back with the cats and rats.. Ignorant ass MGMT! I will be reporting your tail to thr Health Dept and Community Relations.. We will see how much time you have to write reviews now when your but has no job in the rental office because I will see to it. Then you might be applying for section 8 yourself!!
