Great value...hard to move once you've lived here

First, I'd like to request that readers take the time to rate their own apartments...please don't be a free rider--info like that that can be found on these sites is invaluable. So: Brunswick House. I've live in a studio for 2 years now. The building facade, hallways, and fixtures are fairly dumpy, but definitely liveable and clean. My apartment is a large, unusually shaped studio, which has allowed me to set up different areas even though it's just one big room. There have been reports of mice, but I have only seen one in my years here (traps were quickly provided, and the exterminator visits routinely). In general, for the price (all utilities included) and location, I am very happy, so much so that I just can't justify moving to some of the more upscale buildings I might not have been able to afford in 2004.
