Have lived here for two-plus years and the building has always been a good value. But we got a new building manager (Andy Miscuk) in early 2007, and he has really taken everything to a new level. Issues are being addressed proactively, before residents even have the chance to mention them. The few times I've reported a problem in my apartment, Andy has taken care of it immediately and with apologies that the problem came up in the first place. He's given out his email, his home phone, his cell phone to all residents. Bulletins are regularly posted in the common areas and then posted to the web. I really think this guy is going for Property Manager of the Year...
