I lived at Brunswick for 3 years, and was sad to leave. I was extremely lucky to submit an application on the day that someone else moved out. Even better, from Day 1 Brunswick and William C Smith Mgmt Co were able to work with me to get a better move in date.

After that was nothing but great for the price. The new manager is excellent and extremely accommodating, as is the rest of Brunswick staff.

The space is big for the area and the price point, great light, decent fixtures and overall clean. I'd very much recommend this building, especially after the other ones I have been in around the area. I only left to buy a condo, and Brunswick made it a very tough call!
