I lived in the Brunswick House for nearly a year and had a terrific experience. I would have stayed longer had I not moved back home to Hawaii. The apartment manger, Andy Miscuk, was extremely helpful and was always available to address resident concerns. If I had any requests regarding my apartment, the follow-up was very quick--usually completed the next day. The apartment manager was also very environmentally conscientious, providing services such as monthly "freecycles" (where residents could recycle bulky items) and had recycling bins available on each floor. The residents were a nice mix of young professionals, families, and elderly and the location of the apartment was second to none--just blocks away from Safeway, Whole Foods, and a number of restaurants. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood, even at night. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend the Brunswick House.
