I was living there for three years, because of my dear cousin's advice. I've just arrived to this country ; I am Latin and I didn't know the place. I couldn't move quick because I was knowing the place and the processes to follow for that. I am agree there are prostitutes in the park in front; also it is not a secure place. Once I was inside the building checking for my mail; suddenly a man crossed by and touched me in my part! I was tired of the -------- that are all the time in the corners telling me silly things when I crossed by. I don't know if they work or how they get the money to live. Anyway the apartments are nice, big, beautiful, I was sad to go, but I had the roach problem too and that was the principal problem why I moved out. The laundry place is not so clean and people from outside (homeless) wash their clothes there too. Besides I lost lot of clothes in the laundry room. The washers are never working and you lose your money.

I can't say the apartments are not beautiful, but definitely this building needs a better administration.
