I really like this building. The elevators are always breaking down but the apartments are really nice and big. The Management, in my case, has always been responsive to issues as long as your deal with the right person. If you deal with someone just answering the phones it won't ever get done. I have one contact person that I always go to. There is no roach problem. I may see an occasional one, but that's because they may come underneath the door. If you do complain..they are quick to come out which is nice.

My biggest complaint is that my rent is going up 50 dollars after staying there for only one year. It's not worth it to stay. I can find cheaper places and a nicer neighborhood and more building services to go with a cheaper price. I recommend this building if you have the extra money to burn, otherwise use your money elsewhere to get more services.
