I know what you're thinking, but let me paint you a more accurate picture.
The cockroaches are small and die instantly with a touch of Raid; bed bugs' I've seen one.
You might see the occasional writing on the wall but it keeps you posted on the latest love birds and fueds among neighbors.
Sure the management is a tad incompetent, but all the better to incourage you to know your rights and be on the ball.
The mail box is small, which means that at some point, when you mailbox becomes full, Spam will need to be redirected into the garbage automatically by the postman.
All in all, what I mean is, look at the bright side, Burke give you the three Ls, which is top criteria if you ask any real estate broker.

Suck it up and go to town!
