if you have a dog, its ok

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
I moved here because it was close to work and they are one of the only places in the area that allows dogs. However, the hallways are gross and the elevators never work.

Also, there are hookers all over the neighborhood and "spent" condoms lying on the ground outside the back door.

Apartment size is definitely competitive, but if I could find a place in this area that would let me and my dog move there, I'd be outta here in a second.
