The Calvert House is amazing -- the building, the apartments themselves, the location -- its all top notch. I have lived in 6 apartments throughout the DC area, and the Calvert House is by far the best. Gables Management is responsive and supportive, and everything in the building runs smoothly (ie, if you call in the morning about a loose door handle, it's fixed by the time you get home from work). You're a few steps away from Woodley Park metro stop -- everything is right there at your door. The apartments are spacious and sunny, with tons of closet space.
