"Kitchen is average"' Yeah, if you're living in a war-torn GHETTO. Trust me on this, folks. This building is the PITS and the negative reviews are absolutely right. These appliances are ancient and are from hunger. Not even a FAN in the kitchen to ventilate cooking odors. Combine that with an old, old building and you get the picture. GROSS. "Location, location, location" just doesn't make this crappy building worth it.
