Location is great -- can't be beat. And that's the best that can be said.
Unless you are a new tenant, apartments are a maintenance nightmare. Parquet floors are horrendous; kitchen appliances are antiquated; airconditioning/heat not always working; at least once a month water is turned off for "leak" problems; bathrooms are impossibly small; if you want a morning shower Mondays thru Fridays, you better get it early; after about 8:00 AM very little hot water; and maintenance is hit or miss.
Management is not always responsive to tenant's concerns, it usually requires several requests to get something done.
