This place is a little piece of hell on earth. The Marriott loading docks are next door and all day and night (even until 3 AM), you can hear them loading and unloading trucks, yelling at each other and sometimes using a jackhammer. While we are on the noise problem, you can hear EVERYTHING anyone does two apartments away - god forbid someone above you walks around in heels - it will sound like they are bowling. The staff here - while some are nice and try to be helpful, the rest are totally incompetent. They will not let you leave anything at the front desk (such as a key or package for someone else to pick up) and they often leave for a half hour at a time, so if someone tries to come visit you, they may be left standing outside in the cold - literally. Also, the view from the roof is nice, but they padlock it at dark like the residents are ten years old and have a curfew. Basically, this place has made me completely miserable. I cannot wait to leave.
