great place to live

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We lived here for a year and only moved out b/c we had to move back to NY. The staff is courteous for the most part. The location is decent since you are not confined to 1 neighborhood. Residences close to the bridge can be noisy on the weekends w/the foot traffic to Adams Morgan. Building is clean and pest free and there's always a chair open on the sundeck!
