Anything positive about this building is outweighed by the staff - specifically Maryiam who does whatever possible to make the residents as miserable as she is.

I couldn't disagree more. After two years living at Calvert Woodley the only thing that keeps me here is the staff. Anytime I have a problem someone is here to look at it within 24 hours and normally fixes the problem then. If they can't they give me an estimate on how long it will take and are willing to work around my schedule to get the work done. Miriam has been nothing but kind and helpful for my entire stay. She is quick to respond to any requests I make and is a wealth of information about the surrounding area for questions you may have.
