Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
although it seems nice from the outside, there are a few big problems with this place. one, it is very overpriced. go two blocks down and get a bigger apartment for as much as $300 less (Sutton Plaza on 13th Street). two, the washers and dryers NEVER work, EVER! three, i have gotten into verbal arguments with the staff over very basic customer service issues. four, i have an apt. on the alley side of the building and EVERY day starting at about 7am the trash trucks beep, clang, and bang down the alley, making NO attempt at being quiet. I used to live across the street from a hospital in Foggy Bottom and got better rest there. it isn't a horrible place, but i wouldn't highly recommend it. kenny, one of the building managers is GREAT!
