avoid the 4th floor

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
avoid the 4th floor because it is infested with roaches. they lay eggs and keep hatching. i can't sleep through the night because they actually crawl on me. i have complained so many times (as have my neighbors) but we still are infested with roaches. my friend lives on the 8th floor and has no problems with bugs, so definitely avoid the 4th floor!
