I got my apartment here while I was abroad so I got this apartment without seeing it first. I have the lowest price studio, which might have been a mistake itself, because it came with very ugly "hardwood" floor. In every corner of the apartment was also quite some short hair that either shed from the person who cleaned it or the last person who lived here!

The first thing I saw when I woke up the morning after I had moved in was a hungry cockroach on the wall next to my bed looking for food. This was AFTER I specifically requested the management to professional spray my aparmtent and they said they had done it prior to my moving in. I now have cockroach baits all over my apt. When I asked the manager to get the professionals to come again to spray the apt, I ended up finding the manager himself showing up with a bottle of RAID to do ths job!!! I have seen cockroach babies crawling in the hallway as well.

The entire floor smells like pizza and fried food 24-7! I have been to some other floors that have no such problem and no roaches. Be careful if you are thinking of choosing this apt building.
