Good location, nice lobby, decent apartments... it has so much promise. The main problem/annoyance you will run into here at 1221 Mass NW is dealing with certain staff that tend to be a bit rude and short with residents. Worthington (the main night door man, mail handler etc..) tends to be rude to most caucasian tenants (if addressed with him, he tends to abate this rude mannerism). It is unfortunate that management is not nipping the problem in the bud by having a sit down with him to explain that the residents are paying high rent rates to live here and we do not enjoy his shortness and disrespect towards the color of our skin. Be sure that you are aware of this and ask about what has been done before negotiating your lease. Other than that, I have no qualms with the Cambridge.
