Yes there was a roach problem in fall of 2005, that was eventually cleared up. Haven't seen any all year in my apt.

Maintenance is actually very good. And any time I've had something old or non-functioning in my apartment, they replaced it almost immediatly.

Yes, some staff is nice, some aren't. Deal with it... you're an adult.
