New Management. Still waiting to see if anything gets fixed. Elevator has been out since Decemeber. The bldg has been cited by DC Housing Authority for major violations and most recently the Enforcement Officer visited the bldg (preparing to place a lien against the bldg so that outside contractors can come in and do the work). Been here since last year and i still have unresolved maintenance issues. They also just increased the rent. 1100 is way to much to pay for unlit stairwells that smell like urine and a front lobby that smells like a trash dump.
