The management won't tell you this, but if you check online you will find numerous reports of arsons at Capitol Park Plaza dating back to 2003. It hasn't stopped. On February 15, 2006 a woman on the second floor set fire to her apartment making 49 units uninhabitable.

The management wants to make this seem like this is an isolated event. It is not. Fires are repeatedly set in the trash rooms.

In addition, there are drug addicts and dealers living in this building. And while you are forking over your hard earned paycheck to pay your rent, just know that there are welfare recipients living in the building with you - and they are living off of your tax dollars.

Run from this ---- hole!
