This building has been sublet to patient of saint elizabeth. Two entire floors of this building house patients. I lived here and I could not believe the disaster. The rental consultant was nice enough to give me an apartment on the first floor because she knew what was going on but she was not allowed to tell new applicants. I witnessed three patients having sex in the lobby on a saturday evening, to make it worse it was three men. A female patient finds joy in starting fires and I lived next door to a cross dresser, also I had a chain smoker across from me in the building. The maintenance was terrible and the worker by the name of Brian has a goal to sleep with all of the women in both buildings. I also spotted another worker who is the 24 hour emergency maintenance person on the dc sex offender register and his victim was a minor. This place is digusting, Someone should pull our mayor by his bow tie and allow and let him reside here for a while.

This review is invalid due to the reviewers bigoted remarks concerning homosexuals and transvestites. The apartment complex may be horrible, however sexual orientation and gender identity are not valid complaints and are completely off topic.
