These comments are B^^$#$T. I live here and the place is all good. I have lived here for 3 years now and would not move unless the building gets torn down. I can walk to work, I don't need a car, I can walk to two metro stations, I can walk to the grocery store, hell if I wanted to I could walk to the airport. You get my point I am totally sold on the conveniance. Management is ok, anytime I have a problem they take care of it. Some of the comments about the fires could be true, but none have ever affected my place, I heard the doors was fire proof, so why worry. Like I said, the convenience can't be beat, I can even walk to the night club, H2O with my girl. If you like convenience and is a good neighbor, come on and make Capitol Park Plaza your new home. I live at the building called the Twins and I love it, just need to get rid of some people off the 2nd floor. Peace
