Most of the people speaking badly about this complex is the problem and or had a bad encounter with someone in management and wants to bad mouth all of the complex and the people working for Capitol Park. There are some people who works for this place that cares and do the best with what they have and you can't fault them for that. You don't include them in with the bad, give them credit for trying to take care of you the best way they can. You too have to do your part if you care!!

managment posting reviews to try to get people in here the place is over 50% empty but you don't have go anywhere for drugs or whores
