One neighbor referred to Capitol Park as "just like Poland, only 12 years ago."
I?d have to agree.
I would recommend Capitol Park only to its current inept and ignorant staff and management. They are the only ones that I would want to suffer with the roaches, water problems, mold, their own indifference to our needs as tenants, and the mice inside and rats outside.
Why do I have to give each category one star' Most of the categories deserve zero, or negative points.
