Best place for $ in the Glover park/Cathedral area

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
My parents come to visit us once every year and stay for 6 months, so I had to rent an apartment near my house for them. I looked at everything in my area (every building on Wisconsin from Safeway to Giant, and Buildings in GLover Park such as Park Crest and Turnlaw Garden)and this apartment has been the best choice for me every year for the last 4 years. The studios are spacious and bright, the place is well maintained and the price is reasonable. I visited other places with comparable rents but the rooms were dingy and not well maintained at all.
The staff is professional and warm. I rented from the same agent 4 years in a roll and like her very much. The only problem is that they do not have voice mail and I can never get hold of the management on the phone because according to the front desk, they are always with somebody or doing something.
The place is very clean and has high standards. My mother does not like the smell of new paint and I specifically asked them not to paint the apartment before moving in this year but the maintainance crew did it anyway.
Compared with other choices in this area, this is the best place for my $ so far.
