I really like the Carillon House, and no I am not management, nor have I been approached in the halls by anyone asking me to write this. I dont know what the other poster was talking about, the building has central air and heat, and although the vents need a little cleaning, it is much better then other similarly aged buildings, and they have actually sent a memo around informing us that they will be replacing the air filters in the next couple of weeks so the air quality should improve.
Bottom line, the building is not perfect, and while they try to fix all maintenance requests, sometimes they take a couple of days (although a call downstairs to remind them will usually have someone here asap, and essentailly for the price and location it is a great deal.
