A Carillion House office worker (mgt staff) is posting the positive review below in fact is posting all the positive reviews. I'll bet 200% that by Tuesday there will be at least two positive reviews here to balance my negative. Now let me tell you the lowdown on this horrid bldg (what mgt doesn't want you to know). The appliances are all outdated and gross. The workmanship is very shoddy. Management is a joke and will never respond to your requests for maintenance service. You better own some earplugs because you will hear everything your neighbor says and you will also hear the garbage trucks and street noise from Wisconsin Avenue. We're talking a lot of non stop noise. Then they're the bad odors from other apts. Do yourself a favor and pass this ghetto up.
