"Ben" apparently expends a lot of time and energy on this site. You'll see his moniker plastered all over the last ten posts, and now "Ben" has written a novella on Carillon. Here's the truth..."Ben" is a leasing agent at Carillon. "Ben" is not a student. "Ben" obviously has myriad issues regarding negative apartment reviews. Here's another negative one, "Ben." I have lived here for three years, and I am moving when my lease is up in October. This is, by far, the absolute worst building in which I've resided in the District. There is ZERO soundproofing (both internal and external), and my other main gripe about Carillon is the lack of a good, working ventilation system. Carillon's is virtually nonexistent. This means is your neighbor is cooking greasy fish, your clothes and apartment will reek of greasy fish for two days. If you open your windows to rid your apartment of this greasy fish smell, you will receive a heaping dose of old dumpster garbarge. Don't rent here. For the money you can get a much nicer place just up the block. And "Ben"' Grow a pair and get out of the leasing office more, dude. You might want to get help for that pathological lying, too. lol

Why would anyone mail a leasing agent at Carillon (one who has faked a George Washington U address)??? You're scary.
