Hey! Come to our building! We have a new fitness room!

(never mind the really bad ventilation issues, the unbearably thin walls, the slipshod management...)

WE HAVE NEW CARDIO MACHINES!!! In fact, if life in your apartment becomes too miserable, we'll let you sleep in the new fitness rooms if you give a positive review here. :-)
