The view is stunning. Maintenance is OK. The rest is ---- They do repairs and dump dust on your head. Took the one MONTH to fuill a huge hall in the wall that was left after their installed new AC unit in the bedroom. The washroom and the washing machines - is really disgusting. The public there was OK 10 years ago when I moved in - lots of old residents, but then it was deterirating by a day and now you see people whom you don't wanna live with...
