I'm surprised at how many negative reviews there are of this place. I've lived here in a large studio for six years and it's great. New laundry rooms, new rooftop deck and very responsive maintenance and management. Parking's great if you can get a spot. Only issues are with the fitness room: flat screen TVs rarely work and are poorly positioned; terrible ventilation; only one fan that doesn't even reach the cardio equiptment. At least they are trying but I still have the gym membership.
