Next time you open a positive review here, see if it starts off with "I'm surprised at all the negative reviews..." Guarantee you it will be written by a Carillon leasing agent. This is the WORST building in Georgetown!!! Old applianes that are falling apart, horrible noise problem (believe every word the reviewer below has stated -- it's AUTHENTIC), idiotic maintenance men, hideously bad cooking odors/cigarette odors (really bad ventilation)...I can't WAIT until my lease is up in two months!!!
