I have been living here nearly 8 years now. So far things were tolerable. The location is great and except one specific person I like the staff. Anyways the biggest problem here at least for me is the @#&@ person who designed this @&#%@ place had water pipes going through the walls without any insulation. This means if your neighbour starts taking a @#$%@$ shower at 3 am 5am you have to wake up with hime or her. FOr the love of god I wake up with him/her turning on the water. I hear the creaking sound when the water is being turned on and then it is as if the person takes a shower right next to me... I did not move out because no one was doing this between the times I described regularly but now things have changed. I wake up every night!!! I will probably leave in a couple of months once I find a better place
