First off - I am not management - but I have been here about 18 months now.
I don't know what everyone is bitching about - really. Sure - sometimes you can hear the people walking around upstairs - but I guess you would have that in any apartment. The walls are thick so it is unusual that you hear anything through them.
Ok - they have been doing renovations with the HVAC units - and yes, it is taking some time but people - there are over 600 apartments here. If you complain about something - they seem to deal with it straight away. Maybe if you you winging b$%#$@%ds actually said hello to the desk staff now and again - there would be a positive responce from them. Reasonably priced for the area...close to whole foods...safeway, starbucks, CVS etc etc. I really don't know what the hell you are complaining about. Some good residents in the building - and the staff often have functions for the residents. I have never seen that before anywhere.
