I did respond on here before that I thought the negatives I read here were unfair in some regards, at least in my experiences here. Is it the greatest ever' Maybe no, but it's not all bad, not to me anyway.

I have not found the staff rude... not overly nice and not rude either. Just accomodating, mostly helpfull, and there for me when I needed them at times. The a/c work hasn't inconvenienced me that much. I only had a few hours without a/c once when they had to make a connection of some sort. I went out for lunch and it was done when I returned for the evening. Honestly, I have had more issues with other tenents here than I have the building staff. It's just a cross section of a very rude, self centered population (not just here).

The sundeck is great (as mentioned in another post here). Things seem to get fixed here when they break. Sometimes it takes a while, but not as bad as other apartments I have had in DC anyway.
