Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003

The neighborhood is plagued by male prostitutes. They are vulgar and rude. It is repulsive. They approach your visitors when they come to visit or pull up at the building in a car. The cars in the neighborhood are vandalized by these prostititues and used for the night activities. It is so awful that I am ashamed to say what is going on. Do not move here.
