The building is not bad but over priced, they charge rent as if you are in downtown DC but provide service as if you are in the projects. The male prositutes are out of control but police are trying, I have had five police officers living on my floor. Guard is always here and neighbors are friendly. I would not rec to a woman living alone. Property Manager is a lazy ass.
