This building is reasonably priced. Downtown rents are well over $1200, while the rent here for a 1-bedroom remains under $1000. You have the advantages of a washer/dryer in your apartment and indoor parking. While prostitution has been a problem, it has lessened to a significant degree as development along Massachusetts Ave is being completed.
