Im so very excited im moving out. Over the years this place has gone down hill. THe only good think is the location. Its walking distance of the MCI and Convention Center, good restaurants and metro accessible. THere is a gym and that stupid vending machine takes your money everytime!! THe bad stuff is they change security every week and each officer gets worse and worse.Managemant normally has a bad attitude for no apparent reason. Maintainence comes about 2 or 3 days late if at all...you have to be agressive. t is the cheapest place to live in the NW area that is decent.Check it out yourself ...at your own risk. One more thingthe prostitutes are on the corners all night ...they are men who dress as women...disgusting..but some people are into them..especially the police thsts why the problem with them will never stop. If you dont park in the garage (undderground) please be warned these prositiutes will sit on your car and not move until you put the keys in the engine. THere are rats that run around the building..I normally run in the house fast at night to avoid rats. I have never had roaches or rats thoguh ...thankfully.
