The problem with these apartment is with the staff in the rental office , nothing get done in a timely manner. the resident manager is rude and needs to take a customer service class. She just alley cat trying to be a house cat.I beleives she thinks she doing the tenants a favor by letting them live there. We'll doing her a favor by paying our rent so she can get a paycheck.
Also the mices are terrible and the the hallways need to be fixed the stairs are coming apart.
But the problem with the tenants is that when we have a problem we donot complain to the right source.So here the number to the main office 301-595-5191. Let make this a better place by taking a stand for our selves.
