It is very dishearting that our young black men do not have any ambition in their life under any circumstances. All they want to do is to hang on the front steps(Maryland Avenue side) block the step. You have to walk over top of them to get pass. You are to embrassed to have company or any type of visitors at all. They are constantly starting things with people. It is so sad you call the police they come and disburse them and as soon as they leave they are back again. The kids that want to play outside cannot because of them. I will never recommend anyone to carver terrace it is terrible. The trash in the courtyard and the unsupervised kids it is so sad and the parents are just as bad as the kids are. When is i ever enough' Young black boys need to get something on their minds besides VIOLENCE.

To the management if you cannot provide security everyday for your tenant then you could at leasr provide security at night. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.
