3000 Connecticut Ave NW is in an excellent location - directly across the street from the entrance to the National Zoo. It is in the midst of many excellent restaurants, shops, and nightlife spots. The Cleveland Park library is blocks away - as is Vace - THE Italian deli you should frequent. It is maybe half a mile in either direction to a metro - equidistant to Woodley Park and Cleveland Park stops. The National Cathedral is a beautiful walk up the hill. It is an incredibly safe and friendly neighborhood - and in the area of Rock Creek Park, walks through the hills provide fresh air and stunning views.

The building itself is very nice and the halls are currently being redone. Between the building and the strip of shops out front (7-11, Pharmacy, Liquors, Laundromat, Zoo Bar)lies the large courtyard. Anytime the weather is nice you will see people enjoying the green-space: BBQ-ing, sunbathing, reading, socializing...

The staff is supportive, friendly, and has always gone the extra mile for us. Quite honestly, two years ago when we were deciding between our two favorite possible housing choices, the staff was one of the big reasons my wife and I moved in here - and we have not been disappointed since.

3000 Connecticut is a great choice. Move here if you are looking for a place anywhere from DuPont Circle to Adams-Morgan to Van Ness. Its accessibility, location, and staff will make your experience top notch. Work is the only reason we are moving out - headed for the SE! Cheers!
