It's a nightmare try to sleep. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/20/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Don't ever rent an apartment on Wisconsin ave. It's like The street is in your bedroom. The blinds are very thing and it's like you are sleeping on the street.
