Apartments are a good value for the money. The grounds are maintained and the building is kept clean. This clean, no frills place is great if you are on a tight budget but you will impress no one with your digs. No dishwasher, garbage disposal, or in-unit washer or dryer. The apartment had a minor roach problem when I moved in.
The staff is professional and friendly. Overall, so is the apartment manager but she needs to learn how to be a bit more tactful. There is a bit of a wierd vibe here because so many tenants have been here for so long due to the inexpensive rent. So if you are new you will stand out.
