Best Value apartments, no contest. Fantastic service (staff moved my friend's furnature into her room!) To compare, an "efficiency" here is twice the size as buildings surrounding, has a walk-in closet, separate kitchen, and costs around half as much. The place has class, style, and a very safe relaxed atmosphere.

A very nice area, with a spectacular view of the national cathedral. Impressive Art-Deco Building right on Wisconsin Ave. & Mass Ave. Intersection. Bus stop out front, with nice retaurants & grocery within a block.

If you commuted farther from the city center, you'd have more parking and less noise, but then you'd be be out there instead of right here in the city, wouldn't you'

Anywhere else in this area is shockingly more expensive. Most anywhere else with this price and you will find something terrifying, if you can even find it.
